Board Members
The American Cultural Association is governed by a board of directors composed
of nine members. By statute, one of these is the cultural attaché of the U.S.
Embassy. Four other members of the board are chosen annually by the directors of
the various ALCs from within their ranks. The remaining four are a bi-national
group elected from the public at large, at least one of which must be Moroccan
and at least one American.

L'American Cultural Association est dirigée par un conseil d'administration
composé de neuf membres. Par statut, une des neuf personnes est l'attaché
culturel de l'ambassade américaine. Quatre autres directeurs sont choisis
annuellement parmi les directeurs des divers ALC. Les quatre restant sont un
groupe de bi-nationaux choisis du grand public, un d'entre eux au moins devant
être marocain, ainsi qu'un américain.
